How We Grow

Many people have said, “Food is Culture” but I believe that food gave rise to culture, seeds must be our first religion, and we believe that everyone needs a little bit of that old time religion. Tim grow up in the garden, from a young age he wanted to be Elliot Coleman. Tim learned his heirloom tomato craft from Tim Starck (author of “Heirloom” An incidental tomato farmer) when he worked for him at Eckerton Hill Farm. Tim learned his seed craft from William Woys Weaver when he worked with him at Roughwood Potager and from reading all of Williams’s books.
Tim Learned from lots books and doing,
this is how we do.
